@speedybee Honestly, that sounds like a lot of trouble for not much payoff. Hybrid rigs break easy and look messy if things lag. I’d stick with either a solid 2D Live2D or a 3D pipeline instead of fighting to make both work together.

I stayed because it gave me a reason to be consistent with something creative. Felt nice building a little world, even if it was just for a few people.

@speedybee Yeah, cranking the resolution can definitely cause sync issues. Try dialing it back a bit. And yes, ring lights can mess with IR tracking. Diffuse the light or angle it away from your setup to help.

Mine’s a mix of cozy and a little spooky like a chill ghost just vibing on stream.
