What Made You Stick With VTubing?

We all start VTubing for different reasons like fun, creativity, curiosity. But I am wondering what made you stay?
For me, it was not about numbers or gear. It was the first time someone in chat said, “Your stream helped me today.” That made it real for me.
When did it click for you? Would love to hear your stories.
