When your tracking breaks mid-lore drop

Was in the middle of a pretty serious lore segment on stream when my face-tracker just... stopped. My avatar froze with this totally blank stare while I kept narrating this dramatic, emotional twist. My chat was crying from laughter.

It got me thinking—tech fails are such a weirdly integral part of VTubing. They break immersion but also make things so much more human?

Anyone else had a moment where your setup glitched at the worst (or funniest) time? Bonus points if it turned into a clip moment.

@GlitchBloom Totally relate. My mic once cut out mid-boss fight monologue, chat thought the silence was dramatic effect and loved it. Tech fails equals to accidental gold sometimes.
