Inconsistent Webcam Tracking, Anyone Else Struggling?

My webcam tracking is super inconsistent, one minute my avatar’s reacting perfectly, the next it’s floating or glitching out. I have tried adjusting lighting and camera angle, but it still feels off.

Any tips for smoother face tracking?
