How do you deal with burnout as a VTuber?

Hey everyone,
Lately, I have been feeling a bit off about streaming. I still love being a VTuber, love my model, and love interacting with chat, but lately, hitting that "Go Live" button feels heavier than usual. I’m not sure if it’s burnout, creative block, or just life stuff creeping in. Have any of you gone through this? How do you stay motivated without forcing it?

I usually just take a break, even if it's short. Forcing it only makes it worse.

I try to take short breaks when I need. Talking to friends, doing something fun off-stream, or just resting really helps.
